These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pori – Skin Checker mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Pori – Skin Checker. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
- Weekly Plan — 3-day free trial, then auto-renews weekly. Price displayed in the app at time of purchase (e.g., $9.99/week).
- Yearly Plan — auto-renews annually. Price displayed in the app at time of purchase (e.g., $49.99/year).
By subscribing you agree to the following:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in App Store Settings → Subscriptions on your device.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period unless required by law.
- The free trial period (Weekly plan) is available once per Apple ID. If you have used a free trial previously, starting a new subscription will begin charging immediately.
- Prices are in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide skin analysis. This analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical concerns about your skin.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and diary entries you create within the App. By submitting photos for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely to generate your results. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload photos of other people without their consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, code, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
